Restaurant profile
Dish – fine bistro is one of the most famous restaurants in Prague thanks to its well-known burgers, which are the best in town according to the guests. This cosy bistro with stylish interior, nice staff and top quality meals is a favourite place for domestic and foreign guests. Restaurant has a few tables inside and in the summer there is a terrace outside. All the tables are occupied almost all the time.
Attitude
The restaurant accepted reservations via phone, emails and via Facebook and wrote them down to an old classic reservation book. It took staff a lot of time to communicate with customers about reservations and it was too complicated primarily during peak hours. Customers didn’t feel comfortable, because they had to wait for a reservation confirmation from the staff. Owner had to spend a lot of time and energy for everyday optimal and efficient table management.
I surely recommend BookioPro to other restaurants. There is no competitor to BookioPro in the Czech market of reservation systems.

Challenge
Dish restaurant was searching for a responsible reservation system, which would be able to manage reservations with minimum staff involvement and it would be able to help them with maximum capacity usage and efficient restaurant business.
Results
Nowadays BookioPro completely manages reservation agenda of the Dish restaurant. It automatically collects and confirms reservations from the website and Facebook, too. Waiters only assign reservations to tables, what saves their time. Customers know about advantages of online booking so the number of phone calls has decreased. Therefore staff has more time for serving customers in the restaurant. Waiters know when the tables are ready for new customers and they cope with every situation very quickly. And what does Dish appreciate the most on BookioPro? Staff is really happy with smart management and clear system and the owner is happy with the possibility to check the reservation book from any place with minimum internet connection.
